Hi Paul,
I just appeared for my GMAT and unfortunately only scored 670 q49,v33 (I was expecting 730+). Since, I do not have sufficient time to take it again (atleast not before R2 for most schools), what chance do i stand to get into one of these schools with my current credentials:
1> Northwestern
2> Wharton (Penn)
3> Chicago
4> Columbia
5> Michigan
Here is a little about my background.
26yr old Indian male currently residing in the US
B.E. in EE from mumbai university (university topper)
MS in EE from Univ of Colorado at Boulder (4.0 GPA)
3 yrs work ex in IC design (hardware design) after MS (in the US)
Research assistant for 2 yrs during MS
Won various scholarships/awards during undergrad and grad
Active in community service throughout my life
Mentored interns at work
Played national level sports in high school
I am interested in pursuing finance. Is it worth applying this year with my current GMAT score (or should I wait another year and retake my GMAT).
Any input will be appreciated.
Thanks.
