It looks like you need a study plan that you can stick to. With roughly a month left to study, here is a customized one month study plan that can help boost your score: https://www.gmatpill.com/gmat-practice-t ... study-plan
Use this as a guideline. You don’t have to follow it exactly but the structure of the study plan should be the same structure that you take in your approach. This helps to optimize your retention and learning.
As you study, we recommend that you focus on one particular subsection for multiple consecutive days before moving onto the next. You can see this in our study plan where we recommend 5 days on nothing but SC -- before moving onto CR and then RC.

i was also in same situation as like you.
after long research i have realized one thing
There are two things needed to crack the exam.
1. strategy and tactics 2. skills
All courses what we are taking improve our understanding about exam like question type, tricks in the answer choices etc.- basically my first point strategy and tactics.
for instance say : two person take a course , they study diligently, but one scored high and the other scored low, its because the skill is different.
And i understand that GMAT course will not improve skills.they can teach only strategy and tactics
So what we are suppose to do is improve that skill. for every language there are three skills required Reading, writing and speaking.
speaking is not tested in GMAT, and writing AWA is fairly easy.
So we have to improve ourself in reading. we should be avid reader. we should read plenty of English books and business magazines.
I am not sure why you are unable to score your target, there are plenty of reason, but even after you study a lot your unable to improve means the reason what i told will suit.
