Hello Linda,
I need your help on selecting colleges.
My background:
GMAT 700 (M46,V40)
Nationality: Indian
Work ex: 7 Years
Int.exp: 1.5 years USA and UK
Worked in: IT Presales to production maintenance for F100 customers. Have been leading teams for the past 5 years.
At present working for a Big 5 IT services firm as a Associate Manager, after working in a top-notch startup for 3 years.
Other considerations:
Willing to invest: $40K
Planning to move to consulting. possibly enterprenuership in the long run.
Looking for a 1 year MBA.
Would need loans\scholarships if the tuition fees are more than $40K.
Any help from your side is appreciated.

In North America I would look at the usual list programs in the top clusters with one year programs including Columbia, Northwestern, Cornell, Queen's, Emory, Notre Dame, and Purdue (an MBA by another name).
There are also a number of strong one year prorams outside of North America including (among others) IMD, INSEAD, HEC Paris(16 months) , Oxford, Cambridge, and Rotterdam (15 mo.).
