Your background is non-traditional, yes and VERY INTERESTING! Which puts you in a good position to stand out so long as you can articulate what you do in light of leadership and teamwork. B-schools love unique jobs, especially ones which take you all over the world and require you to work things out with people from many different countries. Tell your story and you will shine. Great GMAT--good extracurriculars and love that you are a championship athlete as well. I would say you have a good shot at your target schools. Also, consider Duke--great energy focus there and they love international students.
