Need Profile Evaluation Report!!!

Hi Experts,

I am from India and am planning to apply for the Full-time MBA program in Round 1 or Round 2 (Preferably in Round 1). It would be helpful to get you suggestions and Feedback.

Work Experience:

-Intern @ Cerner Healthcare Solutions, India (Jan,16 - July,16) - 6 Months, then converted as full-time employee in the same Organization
-Software Engineer @ Cerner Healthcare Solutions, India (July,16 - Apr,17) - 10 Months

Roles and Responsibilities in Cerner:

• Software Engineer responsible and involved in the overall development of the project from the scratch.
• Quick excellence and good performance led to lead my own project with a group of 4 interns worked under me.
• Oppurtunity was given to work for some other projects also in the company itself as the method and approach of getting things done were recognized and appreciated.
• Got a lot of things into place which were essential and missing in the project development cycle. All the factors were appreciated by peers and my superiors.
• Found many missing links and rectified them so that it would not affect the business perspectives.
• Ferquent client interaction and working closely with the clients throughout project development cycle, through a proper business channel.
• Left the workplace to try something new and better which included Prep for GMAT and working in startups. Also, plan to build my own startup as a family business.
• Organization ready to take me back by Nov 2017 as my work got appreciated well

-Business development and Analysis @ TutosLive, India (Dec,16 - Till now - A startup company) - involved in the business deployment and development model.

Roles and Responsibilities in TutosLive:

• Taking care of how to make the platform better and reach as much audience as possible through the Online learning platform
• Make the platform cost-effective both to the clients and the organization.
• Ran brilliant analytics to get info on what audience actually need and shaped the business model using the results of the analysis.

-Planning on building an Astrology website as my father is an Astrologer. Getting the designs and platform ready, so that many people can register themselves as astrologers and use the services. Need to see how the business can be expanded in initial stages.

Academics:

- MS Software Engineering (5 - Year Integrated Programme) from VIT University, Vellore, India with a 9.15 CGPA(Scaled to 10)
- GMAT Score Attempt 1 - 550 Q42 V24 IR4 AWA 4.5
- GMAT Score Attempt 2 - 550 Q46 V20 IR6 AWA Yet to be graded

Extra Curricular:

- Travelling places.
