Hi Serbiano,
Your GMAT and your GPA are both very solid, so you're in good shape there. Re: your comment about coming from Eastern Europe, do you mean that you want to go back there after you get your MBA, and so you feel the need to have a "big brand name" MBA? That certainly makes sense to some extent, although the brand name matters far more as soon as you get out of school than once you're 10+ years older... By then, what you've accomplished matters FAR more than what school you attended.
Looking at your background, you will be a bit young when you apply (only one year of experience now). Why so soon? Even though some top schools (esp. Harvard) have started to get a bit younger in terms of their preference for applicants, that's still quite young... Ideally you'd have 3-4 years of experience by the time you apply... Or, at least two years. I think that, if you apply right now, that lack of FT work experience will be a hindrance.
You mentioned "some leadership in college" and some since college... What exactly these are will matter a lot. What will also matter a lot is what exactly you're doing now on the job, what experiences you've gained, what responsibility you have, and so on. Many applicants gloss over this, but it's THE most important thing in their profile.
Good luck!
Scott
