Which prep course is more suitable if I have my test somewhere around mid Feb and I started studying a week ago? I am trying to decide between E-GMAT and TTP. Also, I scored really horrible in my diagnostic test which I took last week.

Hm... are you talking about the ones in the Books or Online?
Either one should have answers but not explanations.

Hi guys I’m just done with one round of gmat prep. Scored 640 in Princeton review mock test.. I’ve got one more week to go for the official test. How should I prep now? What would you recommend

Hi guys, I am preparing for gmat since 6 months. When I started my GMAT I did OG just and gave mock on GMAT official site i scored 610. Subsequently gave mocks on kaplan score 650, 660 nd 670. However in 1st GMAT official exam I scored 560. Then after 1.5 months I gave another official exam but scored 530 only. During 1.5 months months I did various sums on GMAT Club, brushed up concepts by doing almost 1000 questions on GMAT apart from Baron as well. I too went through error logs to understand my error in CR especially trap options, reasoning flaws; still not able to understand where am I going wrong

Can anyone help me out?

Around 7 mocks on kaplan, 2 mocks on MBA official

there will likely be a sale or a deal on black Friday or cyber Monday. It’s a hard choice though. Manhattan Tessa probably the gold standard today after the GMAT prep. But I can see the ROI of having more tests. I guess if you’re planning to take more than five test, you might as well buy the bigger package…. 🤷‍♂️

Some thing to keep in mind is that experts global tests are linear and they simulate adaptability by changing difficulty up-and-down, but they still linear tests. There are efficiency you can get by having linear tests and you can get a lot more of them rather than doing adaptive tests. However, in some cases you want to have adaptive tests, and then others, do you want that adaptive difficulty to change with every question

Yes adaptability is good. But i want the Quality and Material . Like E.G claims to provide 200 video clips explaination . On the otherhand , I don’t know whether Manhattan tests provide new Questions after reset and answer explainations.

Also, please do tell me about Manhattan GMAT Navigator. is it beneficial to buy it for answer explanations? I have OG 22.

Also, please do tell me about Manhattan GMAT Navigator. is it beneficial to buy it for answer explanations? I have OG 22.

i bought ‘all the gmat set’ books for Rs. 8,000 (approx usd 100) which includes access to the Navigator, 6 practice tests, and an online question bank of about 200 questions. the explanations are pretty good, btw.

but equally (or better) explanations imo are of certain experts on this forum such as gmatninja, ian stewart, avi gutman, and karishma bansal. but you have to search for them

manhattan does allow you to reset the tests(though ive not do so myself yet), and the explanations to their own questions are excellent.

the quality of questions are generally great for non-official questions. improving knowledge and skills through questions is generally not an efficient nor effective way. The best way about is complete a theory section and then reinforce your understanding through questions

no the questions are not the same as those in their prep set nor those in their mock tests
