Hey Bibek77,
If your undergraduate GPA is low, it can be harder to get into top universities and win scholarships. Not only will your GMAT score be taken into account, but also your work experience, extracurricular activities, and personal qualities. I’ll recommend you focus on the overall aspect and target a wide range of schools rather than sticking with the top schools in order to increase your chances.

I think this is actually a two-part answer. One, can you gain admission to a top tier B school--it depends; how low is your gpa and what have you done since then--also can you provide a lucid and cogent reason on why your undergraduate GPS suffered. Two, as to a scholarship, generally speaking, obtaining scholarships for b schools is more the exception than the rule. Now, if you are from a BIPOC community, the consortium is an excellent resource to get your degree fully paid--but be aware, it’s very competitive. I have a gmat upwards of 780 and I still fully expect to be not admitted to a couple of the schools in which I made admission.
