Ideally you would only take the test 1 time. You really don’t need to have multiple attempts. You can take the test when you are ready and your mock tests are at the level you want them to be or you absolutely can’t study any more I took the test just once. Got 750. I did not have $$$ to take the test multiple times. Even $250 was damaging enough. I was poor enough I could afford the OG let alone take multiple tests. 😂

Is focus difficult than classic?

To get into any M7 colleges what score range is good enough in FE, can anyone let me know

It slightly depends but for a south East Asian male you are looking at 98th percentile and above to be considered “average”

Is practicing OG lvl in term of difficulty questions sufficient?

So the score you identified - 685 and above.

Hi IshtarthUmesh, A 675 is 96%, and 685 is 97%. If you want a score that is similar to a 680 on the previous version of the GMAT, you should aim for a 625 or 635 on the Focus edition to be on the safe side. However, if we look at the latest percentiles available on mba.com, 680 is 76% (there is a data entry error on mba.com), and the corresponding score on the Focus edition is 605 (75%) or 615 (80%).

No, I was asking for conversion in new FE which is equivalent to 98%

OG does not have very many hard questions but it has a number. It is geared towards the 80% of the market. If you are looking for 98% or higher you will likely need to mix more questions in, esp on the harder side from other official and non official sources potentially. But I would say you don’t want to put your whole hope on just solving questions. You can solve them endlessly. Some people do. There thousands of them. Instead try to set goals and cover topics so you can hit 9 out of 10 questions that are a proportionate mix of easy medium and hard ones. gmat-focus-to-gmat-classic-score-calculator-conversion-419508.html here is the conversion by percentiles
