Hey, I have decided not to give the GMAT right now so I am willing to sell my Official GMAT Mock Tests for $20 cheaper than the mba.com website. Let me know if anyone is interested.

Hi, is there any study plan available for the FE like there is a 13-week plan for the old one?

Or atleast if anyone can please help me with some pointers on how to use the 13-week plan to my maximum advantage keeping FE in mind?

You can follow the Gmat Ninja’s study plan. It is for the classic edition but you may skip the topics that are not part of the FE or replace them with DI questions.

Lot of exam takers share their experiences and strategies under "Share GMAT experience". You can go through those to understand their thought process, helping you device your own study plan!

A basic question- While solving questions on GMAT Club, I always look at the difficulty level specified in the timer section. At times, I could see that 700-750 difficulty is marked as medium based on timers. How is this getting computed. How do I know what is the actual difficulty of the question?

I took the official GMAT FE mock and scored 405. My target score is above 85 percentile. How much time should I give to the prep? Also, in the mock, I had left questions unanswered in the Data Insights section. I read the penalty is high for leaving Qs unanswered

Hi!

According to this conversion table GMAT Classic to GMAT Focus Score Conversion Table an 85 percentile is equal to a 625 or so on the Focus Edition. So that's a 220 score gap which would take a while to close for most of us.

May I ask how many questions you left unanswered overall? And would this happen to have been a blind attempt without any prior preparation?

As BottomJee mentioned earlier in this thread, @GMATNinja's 13-week study plan is a great way to move forward. The only caveat is the removal of Sentence Correction and Geometry, along with the changes for Data Insights. GMAT Ninja 13-Week Study Plan

Here is an amazing article by MartyMurray on how to score well on the Focus Edition - How to Score 705+

Yeah, this was a blind attempt without any prior info. I left 6 questions unanswered in DI section and 1-2 in Verbal and Quant each

That’s not bad for a blind attempt with so many unanswered questions!

It’s better to familiarize yourself with the length and breadth of what the test covers and then figure out what resources you’d like to use to study. You can then estimate the amount of time you’d like to put in considering your application plans

Hey Janvi, I’m also exploring the option of enrolling with TOP.
Can you please share your insights if you had already done your research on which prep course to go for?
