i scored a 455 on my GMAT and really low percentile of 17. I have no idea how to improve it to 700. It would be great if someone could help me guide on how to go about it. I am clueless about it

No. It is junk spam. You can search for a topic with hundreds of links and you can add your wonderful link in there.

guys, I might have misunderstood with the question, my conclusion was those two statements already mentioned in the main statement and that’s why those are sufficient together, but previously my teacher explained them in very complicated way.. any of you would like to explain this question and so the answer ?

Okay so as per question we know that the 4 coins could be of value 0.01, 0.05, 0.10 or 0.25, they could be of any value,

Now, when we see the first option it does tell us about one coin being 0.01 but it doesn’t give us any information about the other 3 coins hence insufficient
Cross out A and D
Coming to the second statement it tells us that the change could have also consisted of just 2 coins with a value of 0.01, 0.05, 0.10 or 0.25, but again we don’t know what is the exact value of those coins so again insufficient cross out B

Statements combined
We know that 1 coin is 0.01
The change could’ve also consisted of only 2 coins with a value of 0.01,0.05,0.1,0.25
Notice that we can’t go anywhere from here as we still do not have a clear picture about the other 3 coins other than the one with 0.01 hence cross out C
ANSWER IS E

Second statement can give a few possibilities like having 0.10, 0.10, 0.05 and 0.05 which is equal to having a 0.25 and 0.05 coin.
Find out out more such combinations. If C is the answer then there must be only one such combination which involves 0.01 coin hence together they will solve the problem. (I haven’t calculated it completely but was reverse engineering the solution)
