Keep in mind, that the drop-down is for citizenship rather than residence. So for example, if you’re from Japan and you’re taking the test in the US, the requirements will basically be a passport in the US but if you are a US citizen taking the test in the US, you can use your drivers license which makes absolutely no sense.

There was another person who had a lot of trouble scheduling their exam yesterday who posted on GMAT Club. They had massive error messages and even an error message about an error message. They were able to solve it by trying a different browser from a different network. I will try on my phone using cellular signal only and see if that maybe Works ....

You might have looked into explanation of the Option choices given in answer. You sometimes get option choice which is out of context or out of scope for that particular Question
