the triangles inscribed in circle with center as one of the vertex is isoceles in nature because the two arms from the vertex are equal in length as they are the radii. So if angle subtended at center is 4 times one side, say x, that means to say total 6x =180 as total angle of triangle is 180. so x=30, angle at centre is 4x30 = 120, which is 1/3rd of the a circle, which can be extended to cylinder also. so 1/3rd is the answer.

Area of triangle doesn’t matter, in a circle which has 360 degrees, the arc (angle BAC) covers 120 degree, so straightaway, 1/3rd. Traingle is taken to understand the ratio of angles between BAC, ABC, ACB!

i have doubt about tags which are used to sort the questions on forum page

the tag "Source: GMAT Prep (Focus)" shorts questions from gmat mocks from MBA.com ?? if it is ; i dont want to solve those questions before attempting mocks

Hi. Do concepts like acceleration/deceleration (speed time distance) get tested on gmat? I haven’t really come across any questions from that topic area on gmat club. But I found a few questions today and it felt all Greek. Should I invest time and learn those?

It’s not very common, but if a question asks for acceleration, it will clearly define it as the rate of change of speed (or velocity).
Still, it’s always a good idea to be familiar with it.

Hi guys,

Can any one clarify whether the original GMAT questions are available on Forum Quiz? Im confused as few youtube videos say that they do, while few articles say they were removed.
