Am not sure about French. But UK if you stay there for 3 + years legally, which is feasible if you plan yoir studies, then you can apply for ILR directly. ILR is UKs equivalent of GC in the US. France would have something similar but in general its easier than US. In US , more jobs were there which made it slightly easier in short run, but it was always more difficult for longterm. There are thousands of stories. And now even the short term, and overall job market for 'new grads' is equally tougher and getting more so. Double check your pros, cons , purpose of MBA with something like veridyn .net before blindly moving out.
Right now its good opportunity to get admission offers even from elite brand schools, but outside India there is nothing like campus placements.
