Not ideal Master program GPA

Hi, I am curious to learn more about how much my Master's GPA matters.
Graduated from undergrad from a top 5 school in the States with a 3.6 in econ. I accepted a fellowship and am enrolled in a top 10 master program in accounting (one year program). I will be working for a big 4 in a major market next year (audit). I am looking to leave audit as soon as possible and work on something "sexier". However, that is not guaranteed to happen.
I am more concerned about my gpa in this accounting masters program. This program has a strange grading system. On our transcripts there is no GPA, students are given three types of grades (High pass,Pass,Low pass). 20-25% get Hs and the rest pretty much get Ps. As of now, pretty much 3/4 of my grades are Ps. Only H, P, Ls are shown on our transcripts.
However, we have an internal grading system that gives out + and -s. According to the internal grading system we have, I have been consistently getting P+s. This probably looks really bad for the admissions committee at a top MBA. All they see on my transcripts will be Ps but in reality I get P+s. I just didn't try hard enough to be in the top 20% of my class and get the Hs.
My accounting program does have a GPA calculator so I can still put my unofficial GPA on my resume (aiming for ~3.4 at graduation). Will MBAs believe my GPA? It is not given by the school officially and it doesn't show on my transcript whether I got P+s, Ps, or P-s. Does having all Ps on my transcript ruin my chances at a top MBA program?
I know many other things matter (GMAT around 750 and I have good extracurriculars both in undergrad and grad school), but I would say grades is my biggest concern. Looking at the top10 MBAs hopefully.
