I am 31 years old. 5 years job experience in Govt. Of India in Accounts and Income tax department combined. Btech in computer science engineering. 3 years gap in job after graduation because govt job selection took time. I want to go for tech product management. Goal is top 20 colleges in USA. what should be my safe gmat score goal?

I don’t see anything wrong with your goals (which of course have to be developed further); so yes, that’s okay as an MBA goal.
