How should one prepare for this?
Is this like another interview?

What did I do -

1) Reached out to current students and asked them on what Olin looks for in students and aligned my story better in terms of the values at Olin. I went to the website and looked for student ambassadors who have similar goals as mine.
2) I had a call, which was scheduled with an admission committee member and I DID NOT prepare for that. I mentioned that I reached out to student ambassadors and mentioned that how I'll be fit to Olin. I spoke not only about Olin but also about St. Louis. As i feel that location plays a huge advantage during your mba. The person on the call was patient enough to note down all the points and I mentioned that I would like a decision by April 15th.
3) Sent a mail regarding my update after the call to the admissions committee. Despite saying the same thing over call.
4) On 16th April, I received a call again from the adcom. I briefed them on my interest for Olin and they mentioned that they will be meeting today. I spoke about myself and the admits I have and the minimum scholarship I'm looking for. The call was very conversational but definitely felt like an interview.

5 hours later. I get a call from ashley mentioning that I'm in :) and yes I got a $$$
