 I am targeting R1 this year and would love to know if there are any good sources of online courses (certified) , which help build strengthen a profile. TIA

There are a few options for online classes that you can consider. You can look at online classes through UC Berkeley Extension (most people usually take accounting, statistics, or calculus if they didn't take it in college). There is also Harvard's HBX CORe and MBAMath (mbamath.com). How are you trying to strengthen your profile, what is it that you feel is deficient and where do you need a secondary transcript in your opinion? Rather than jumping to the conclusion that this is what you need to do to improve your profile, honestly quite often people are working so hard to improve their profile that they fail to really invest the necessary time to communicate said profile effectively in their applications.

TBH additional coursework is of minimal effect in regards to your MBA chances, unless you are trying to prove that you are addressing a very specific problem.

Hello , 
 I don't really have solid answers to those questions , but i feel way too negative about my self . Given my low undergrad score (69%) and GMAT Score (710 for an Indian) , i want the AdComm to look over these shortcomings and find me worthy enough to get an admission in that school.

 I do understand , but i believe that the minimal effect might help me improve my chances at converting a good b-school. Do you also evaluate profiles , so an applicant can be sure as to where he/she stands.
