If you're looking to get into tech marketing, the schools that may suit you best are those that 1) attract a lot of tech companies in recruiting and/or 2) attract a lot of companies hiring for marketing jobs. Schools like Haas and Carnegie Mellon generally fall into the first group, and schools like Fuqua and Michigan fall into the second group. You already have a tech background, so at a high level (not knowing much about you), I'd focus more on the "marketing-heavy" schools. Go to where companies are looking for marketing people, and your tech background will help you succeed in getting interviews with the Intuits and IBMs of the world.
This is very broad advice, and it can easily be argued the other way, but I'd focus more on schools that will help you balance out your past background.
Good luck,
Scott
