Just got an email saying my application is ready for review. I'm from California, looks like they are starting to open up US apps.
I don't want to mince words, but is this the email from Caroline Bonilla that says "Your file is now complete and ready for review by the admissions committee. You may check your application status online at https://applynow.haas.berkeley.edu/apply/status"
If so, I got that on September 25th and I am also from California. I submitted my application a few days early on September 15th. Is this what everyone is talking about?

Yes, people have been asking if the status of our applications have changed. I submitted my app on the 20th, so I was cutting it really close to the deadline. But I just got the email today.

Interesting. Mine came from a different member of the adcom. I submitted on 9/20 and received the email on 10/4. Also Cali based.
