Hi, I am an Indian candidate looking to apply to California schools in R2. I have admits from UNC-Kenan Flagler and ISB, but since I want to move to tech industry California would be the best place for me I believe.

Any inputs on Marshall acceptance rates for Indians in R2? Is it worth the effort. Also, what is the situation like with scholarships in R2?

Do I need to submit unofficial score report card even if I have submitted official score report to the school through GMAC?
Unofficial copy shows canceled attempts and the list of the schools, I have sent my score to.

Guys, I got into USC with a partial scholarship. How strong is USC for placement in Product Management roles in tech? I am asking specifically for bigger well known companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google and other smaller like Twitter/Zynga.

Marshall undergrad alum here. I'm in a very similar boat to you (admitted with scholarship and strongly considering returning to USC). You'll hear this a lot but but it's true- USC is a school like no other in terms of fierce alumni loyalty. If you build the right connections through the Trojan Network you'll be able to pave a nice path for yourself. For what it's worth, one of the most important PMs at my startup is a Trojan.

If you intend to work in tech in California, Marshall will provide you with all of the resources necessary to make it happen. The school's culture is very social so if you can embrace that mindset and buy into the Trojan Family I'm sure Marshall will serve you well.

Anyone else still awaiting a decision? Feeling pretty nervous here...

I am still waiting. I interviewed on 12/8 and haven't received a decision. I reached out to Admissions and they said that all decisions will be sent out by the end of this week. Fingers crossed!
