Is it okay to submit TOEFL scores post the R2 deadline date and still have the application considered for R2? The only TOEFL dates available in my area are for after the R2 deadline.

Application should be submitted before the deadline. Recs, and official score can be submitted a week after deadline.

It takes the folks over at TOEFL about two weeks to dispatch the scores, and since the test date that is available in my area is for the 6th of Jan, which is one day post the R2 deadline, would the score still be acceptable as a part of the R2 application?

Toefl score reporting date:
https://www.ets.org/s/toefl/pdf/score_reporting_schedule_test_dates.pdf

Your score will be reported by 17th Jan. 10 days more than the deadline only for Toefl score report should be fine.
Leave a message to adcom saying your scores will be reported by 17 Jan. They will accept your request.

Is something wrong with the Decision Tracker of this school?
I do not see the complete list when I select 'admits' or 'Invited to Interview'.

Did anyone attend QS MBA tour in India and meet the admission representative there?

They fixed the issue. You can now apply filters on the USC tracker.

If you're talking about the one that happened in September, then yes I did attend that.
