By GPA you mean the last school attended's GPA right? Not total undergrad GPA??(Im a transferred student) I graduated from BYU, and it's 3.42.
I have finished my essay, but my supervisor has been insanely busy that she has not written the recommendation letter. She promised that she will before Christmas though. So no submission no interview yet. my full time work experience is almost 3.5 years if that makes much difference.

It's great that you graduated from BYU, then you don't have to take the TOEFL or send your transcripts to the IERF. You GPA is good and your work experience is good too.
Obviously, I can't guarantee anything, but I'd say you gave good chances. If you had applied during round 1, your chances would be a lot higher though. Hurry up and get it submitted by the end of R2.
