Almost the end of July - where are all the Darden folks? No love for pelihu's cheerleading? C'mon, I'm sure a lot of us want to go through Darden's infamous "boot camp in a country club" experience? Am down in Charlottesville for an unrelated conference and can confirm that (1) the weather is indeed s*** (snow, rain, ice) for the last two days and (2) an email did go out asking for volunteers to make calls tomorrow (had dinner tonight with a second year who said such).

As a correction, the email that went out yesterday was asking for volunteers on Thrusday, February 5th, not today. Darden's intention is to have follow up calls from current students to answer admits questions and to sell the school. Currents students (other than those who work in the admissions office???) will not be calling R1 admits tonight. Hopefully there will be calls, though!

Does anybody know whats the deal with interview invites???? I figured they would stop during this Round 1 notification process.....but somebody on BW reported geting one today. So that means only a couple have gotten them so far. I wonder why its so slow.....
