Sorry to hear your GMAT didn't go as well. While some difference from the mocks is expected, your variation is quite alarming. It could well be a case of nerves or some specific weaknesses.
While schools do consider the highest score, and a drop will not be a problem, the kind of schools that you are targeting will need considerably higher scores than your highest score. Honestly, you should give your GMAT once again and try to improve considerably.
