I am in the tough Indian Male IT pool. Here's the rest of my profile :-
Work: Have 6 years exp in US worked initial 3 years in Telecom (first at a telecom startup and then AT&T) and then switched to Finance industry. For the last 2 years working in a truly global team developing technology solutions for backoffice processing at an Investment Bank. Can count on very good reco's reflecting initiative and leadership.
Education: Undergrad in Engg from a state univ in India (GPA approx 3.0); MS in Comp Sci in a good state univ in US (GPA approx 3.4).
GMAT: 730 Q50 V39
Extra Curricular: I have a deep interest in aviation. Trained for and received US private pilot rating; always abreast of developments in that field.
Community Service: Have mostly volunteered as foot soldier for one-off events like fund raising for tsunami, earth quake etc.
Can you please rate my chances at top 5 US schools. Also what are my chances at Darden, Duke, CMU & LBS. I am also seriously considering ISB in India.
I would really appreciate your critic and suggestions.

Your chances at Stanford, HBS, and Wharton are low, I think, but somewhat better at Kellogg and Chicago. Of the five, Chicago would be your best shot. Your community activities look comparatively weak, and I'm assuming your recent work leadership is of the informal Team Lead variety rather than formal managerial. These things, combined with your highly competitive applicant pool, lower your odds. I like the aviation story and recommend giving that a full essay.
Your odds at Darden, Duke, CMU, LBS, and ISB look significantly better. I think you could get several admits out of that group.
