Well, the paragraph says, the increase in new medicine research and development will increase health standards too.
To negate it, we have to show health won't really improve by constantly increasing the R&D of medicine.
A. Pharmaceutical patents protect products from being illegally replicated for twenty years.(This option says nothing about health being infected. Plus, patent right got nothing to do with all) (Incorrect)
