- Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified Information Security Manager, PRINCE2 practitioner
-
Extensive international experience (5 yrs in USA, 3 yrs in UK, ~1 yr across Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Denmark, Sweden); presently in UK
- Active involvement in employee hiring, mentoring, training, client handling, business development etc.
- About 8 direct reports, lead multicultural/ethnic teams of 6-8 people
- A few awards and achievements at workplace (showcasing leadership and high-potential); consistent and proven high performer
- Just about okay in extra-curricular and social contribution
- GMAT 700 (49,35,6) in 2013; plan to retake (should manage 740 if not more)
- Want to join MBB in Risk Consulting practice; 1st choice B school is INSEAD, followed by IMD (prefer 1 year MBA); Kellogg is also in radar...

Would you say I have a very big disadvantage re: my age? Any other B school you suggest? I don't intend to study in an average school and really keen to see myself in INSEAD. Thanks much.
