HBS, Stanford, Wharton - you have enough of a shot that it's worth giving them a serious effort; you're in the running

Sloan/Kellogg/Chicago/Columbia/Tuck - sweet spot schools

Duke/Darden/Michigan/Haas/NYU/UCLA/Cornell/Yale - safety

A young woman with solid work experience and strong extracurriculars (D1 athletics is a real asset, especially with leadership experience) - you are the kind of person that adcoms covet. Just don't screw up your applications and you should have a decent shot at getting into the top schools.
