You can't erase or change how someone sees the previous 29 years of your life by what you do in just a few months, unless it's something truly life changing. But that would be pretty sad if you needed b-school applications as the primary motivation to do something life changing.

All you can do is focus on doing the best you can on the applications and interviews. And choosing a range of schools where you have a shot of getting into.

As for dyslexia, it really depends. If it's a big part of your life (i.e. it's not just a condition, but you've been involved in some sort of community work/activism/awareness campaigns about it, etc.) then sure it's worth talking about. Beyond that, it's not really going to cause an adcom to see your candidacy in a different light.
