You're overshooting a little. You've got very strong stats and it's clear that you're academically very strong. Your professional profile is also solid. And you have something to talk about outside of work (extracurriculars). So, there's nothing wrong with you at all. However, you're up against some exceptional applicants as well at these top schools.
Slim: HBS, Stanford - they really like them a little younger; most people with your kind of profile (finance/operations) are 25-27 at matriculation. If you apply, just know that they'll likely be long shots.
Stretch: Columbia, Booth, Kellogg, Sloan -- schools where you still need a bit of luck, but where you have at least a shot that they're worth a try. You may want to narrow it down to 2 schools
Sweet spot: Haas, NYU -- these are schools that are more in your range; choose 3-4 from this list (look at Yale, Cornell, UCLA, Duke, Darden, Michigan).
