I am at the very early stages in the process and just looking for a little guidance on where I should focus my efforts and what is realistic. I don't know if I have any chance or if I'm just another run-of-the-mill candidate for top tier schools. Thank you in advance!
Age: 26 - White Male
GMAT: 710 44V 44Q AWA 6
Undergrad GPA: 3.7 Finance at Top 20-30 Undergrad Business program
Some masters in Finance coursework at State U - not complete - 1 year w/ 3.9 GPA
College Extracurriculars: Several leadership positions, Tutoring, etc.
Post-College: Not much - all time has gone towards CFA (studying for LII now)
Work Experience: 1 year Business Valuation for National Consulting Firm, 3 years Institutional Investing as Research Associate for mid-tier Investment Bank
First choice would be Chicago, Kellogg, or Tuck but also considering UNC, UVA, Ohio State.
