Hi,
I am trying to gauge the attractiveness of my girlfriend's profile for a possible MBA.
Personal information:
Female from Sweden, 26 years old
Education:
Non-target Swedish school, BBA with GPA 3.9 (out of 5).
Work experience:
1.5 years at a top Nordic Bank - Interest Rate Derivatives Sales (Securities/Markets - Stockholm)
1 year at Goldman Sachs - Structured Equity Derivatives Sales (Securities/Markets - London)
Other:
Former National Team Gymnast for Sweden, gold medalist in two Nordic Championships
She has yet to take GMAT, so if someone believes him or herself to have a good understanding, it would be amazing to get an opinion on what GMAT score would be sufficient for top Tier 1 schools and also perhaps Tier 2 schools.

Based on the information you have provided she stands a great chance at the top B-Schools.
The MBA ADCOM use past academics, GMAT, Extra Curricular activities and work experience along with the application to judge anyone’s candidature.
Past Academics:
BBA with 3.9GPA is good and is above the average GPA at any school.
Work Experience:
She has a diverse profile working in two different countries in Banking sector, which is very good. Ideally Top B-Schools will look around an average of 3+ years of work experience, which she would be able to complete by the time she joins the school.
Extra Curricular Activities:
These activities give an insight to the ADCOM about the well rounded personality of the applicant.
Her achievement as "Former National Team Gymnast for Sweden, gold medalist in two Nordic Championships" is a proud achievement for herself and the country. This adds her an extra credibility in her profile which will add a weightage in her application.
GMAT:
700+ GMAT score is what she should be looking forward to score for top Tier 1 schools and the range for top Tier 2 schools is from 650 to 700. So we recommend that she focuses on top B-schools and try to get GMAT score 700+ as this would help her in both top Tier 01 & Tier 02 B-schools.
