Nationality: Chinese
Undergraduate: Electrical Engineering, GPA 3.65 of 4, a top 5 university in China
Graduate: Communications Engineering, Grade 2.1 (German system), Technical University of Munich, Germany
GMAT: 700 (Q49, V35)
Working experience:
2008 to present: Management Trainee Program in a major Dutch financial institution in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Have rotated in different positions, including process improvement, IT Project and HR project, and received intensive management trainings.
Master thesis project (6 months) and summer internship in the global research center of a major German engineering company, in Munich, Germany.
Career after MBA: general management in financial service industry
Aim schools: Stanford, Booth, MIT Sloan, Haas, Cornell Johnson, Yale
Recommendations: good letters from current manager and former manager

I'd say Yale, Cornell and Haas are within reach for a solid all around finance professional like yourself. Sloan and Booth are stretches - but still worth applying. Stanford is likely a long shot, unless you have anything extraordinary in your profile (but if you did, you probably would've mentioned it in the post).
Just do the best you can on the applications, and hope for the best.
