Hello,
I'm planning to apply for full time MBA 2012, can you please evaluate my profile and tell me chances of my admission in target B-schools
Female-30 years
Master in Computer Application- 76%
Having 6 years of IT experience from one of the top 5 MNC companies.
Have good track record in the company. Got promoted to next level every two years.
Won 3 awards by mentoring and taking technical sessions for freshers who join the company.
Project executed by my team won award at client location as well as in the company I worked for.
Have written various technical certification related to my field.
Have undergone Leadership training(in the company) for 2 months and as part of my project suggested and executed a small change in the company.
Planning to write GMAT this Nov 17th 2011, expecting a score between 690-700.
Target B-schools:
ISB
NYU
Can you please provide your valuable feedback and the possible B-schools for which I can aim for.

For the 2 schools you have listed, I recommend aiming for at least a 700 on the GMAT. That is a good cut-off score number that business schools like to see.
It is great to see your leadership accomplishments, as this is something that business schools will be looking for. I recommend you read this case study of an engineer who was admitted to Columbia, Tuck, and MIT because of how he differentiated himself as a leader:
