Demo: M/Indian/31
Grad: One of the better known Univ's in India (Electronics Engg.)
Career: Close to 10 Years on Work Exp.
Industries in which I have worked: IT (Development) 8 + Years
IT Project Management - Present Role - close to 2 years.
Have been in Financial Services all through my career. Credit Card Securities, Fraud Detection Automation products, Insurance and now Healthcare.
Extra Curriculars:- Nothing to boast of. Volunteer on weekends at the local library teaching basic computer skills.
Started a blooddonors group (current membership count over 1000 + volunteers at my previous organisation) Liaisoned with Blood Banks to schedule camps.
GMAT - Aiming for 730-740
Previous attempt 6+ years ago was a 720.
Target schools -
1 yr programs in EU - IMD, IESE, INSEAD( ??)
Please suggest any others.

IMD looks like a good fit and INSEAD will possibly work if you're able to demonstrate international experience (you didn't mention any here) and strong leadership, not just leading project teams assigned to you. Cranfield might also make a good fit: you're in their average age range and plenty of grads go into management in the financial services industry after graduation.
