1) Brief description of your full-time work experience:
11+ years of Experience in IT industry, promoted 2 times. Good reviews. Current position: Team Leader
2) GMAT: 680 (took 3 times)
3) College info:
Undergraduate: University in Russia, degree: Engineering Management, GPA: I am not sure how to convert 5 point system to GPA. Grades are good though.
Graduate: DePaul University, Chicago, Masters in Software Engineering, Project Management Concentration, GPA 3.79, With Distinction
4) Volunteering in technological project for local community. I take various classes each year to maintain PMP certification.
5) PMP certified since 2009
6) Booth (Evening) Kellog (Part-time)
7) Your post-MBA goal: Lead large-scale software projects
Questions:
The main questions is whether I need to retake GMAT. I feel that 700 is realistic, but the preparation time can be well spend working on the application. Please advise. Thank you.

Given that you have taken the GMAT 3 times and that you are applying to the part-time programs at these schools, I think your time would be best spent working on the MBA essays and other elements of the [ur=https://www.accepted.com/mba/application.aspxl]MBA application[/url] at this point.
