Hi consultants,

I have a 4 year work ex in IT gian- Tata Consultancy services. My GMAT score is 730. I have a degree in Engineering. I want to apply for 2014 intake. Please suggest US B schools for the profile such as mine. My BTech CGPA- 8.21, 12th: 88.25 and 10th : 91.0. I will be really grateful for your guidance.

Stern is very competitive and despite the advantage of being female, they might balk at a 680 even though it is a very good score. I don't think you would be nearly as competitive there, but HAving said that, you could certainly be admitted there with a solid application. TOEFL will likely be required and something frankly you might want to do anyway considering your lower verbal score.

Jimmy--with 4 years of experience for a well known frim and a 730 GMAT, you should be competitive at just about any school. If you have some international team experience even better. Not sure of your nationality, but that could potentially factor in as well.
