Hello Critical square experts,
I plan to apply for to business schools next year. I want to know which American B-Schools schools are realistic for me and how to compensate for my poor undergrad GPA. Thank you very much!

Undergraduate degree: International Business at Top 20 UK University
Undergraduate GPA: 3.4 (poor scores in Stats and Economics the first two years, improved sharply in the next two years)
Postgraduate degree: International Development at Oxford/ Cambridge/ LSE
Postgraduate GPA: 3.7
Work experience:
1 year in HR Business Advisory at EY in London (between undergrad and postgrad degree)
1 year as management trainee with my family's manufacturing and export firm in India
1 year as HR People Manager with my family firm- implemented recruitment, compensation and employee relations changes that reduced employee turnover by 20%
1 year as Marketing Manager with my family firm- currently rebranding the firm and implementing a business development strategy focused on attracting new clients through LinkedIn and our new online store
Extracurricular activities:
I'm involved in several CSR initiatives for education of underprivileged Indian girls and I write articles on sustainable industrialisation & economic policy for a local business magazine.
Post MBA career goals: To return to my family business in a senior executive role and lead it to increased profitability and more advantageous market positioning
Target Schools: I'm not sure how high to aim. Would Columbia, NYU, UC Berkeley or UCLA be aiming too high? Could you suggest some alternatives if you think these are unrealistic for me? Thanks!
