I don't know about other forums on this site that can help you, but Babson ranks highly in that area (entrepreneurship) simply because it places so much focus on that subject. They have carved out that niche. It is a good school, but recruiters definitely don't view it on par with the likes of Haas or Stanford (if this matters to you). Other schools like MIT Sloan and Carnegie Mellon are also very strong in this area.

Also, be sure to get clear in your head about why you are interested in a PT or full time program.

Thanks Scott.

I have been postponing my MBA for last 1-2 years because I was not convinced about its value. I still am trying to answer some of those question ..

But at least I am convinced that a good school can give me an opportunity to network with some other people interested in very small scale or starting their own business. I have been finding it hard to find like-minded people in my everyday life. So the quality of the school matters a lot (not the recruitment as much as the pool of people)

PT/FT...that's the million dollar question. I am still learning a lot in my product management job, and I don't want to give it up. But just want to open more options if I can simultaneously.

When you say clear up about the FT/PT, do you mean just in my head, or do I have to inform all schools about all other application to the detail of FT/PT?

I mean knowing why in your head, as well as making it clear to adcomms why a PT/FT program is right for you. But you don't need to disclose to each school what other programs you're applying to.

If you're unsure, I'd actually recommend leaning toward a FT program. If you really want an MBA, jump in all the way!
