Hi Paul,
I've been driving myself crazy on my apps, and I would really appreciate a sanity check evaluation. I'm desperately trying to break into a competitive area of finance. Are UNC and Boston College out of my league? Again, any recommendations or advice you could provide are greatly appreciated.

Worthy of note: It took longer than it should have to complete undergrad.

Work Ex: 3.5 yrs. currently
Function: Software Engineer
Since graduating, I've managed to pull of a somewhat impressive, albeit short career. Very limited leadership opportunities, but plenty of accolades and some significant contributions. Discernable increases in technical but not managerial responsibilities.
Additional info:
Some community work, but nothing compared to some of the profiles I see posted here. No interesting hobbies.
