Hello,
I would like to thank you for helping applicants through this
forum. I'll appreciate your input on my chances of getting
accepted in a full-time MBA program at schools below:
1. Kellogg
2. Chicago
3. Stern
4. Yale
5. Cornell
My stats are:
1. Undergrad - Engineering - Computer Science
2. Graduate - MS - Computer Science - GPA 3.75/4.0
3. Work Experience: 8 years
Currently working as Lead Engineer in a
Fortune 100 multinational, leading a software development
project with team members in 3 countries.
4. First GMAT attempt: 640
5. Second GMAT attempt: 660
6. Age:31, male, US Permanent Resident
7. Community involvement includes leadership in the
Gay and Lesbian Youth support group. Leadership council
at the diversity business council at work.
I'm gay. I'm debating whether I should include these
community involvement since I'm not sure whether it
might negatively affect my chances?
8. Traveled extensively around the world for pleasure;
Speak 4 languages
My goal after graduation is to work in global consulting.

You should definitely mention the gay/lesbian work in your application. I would even recommend that you make it one of your central themes because it will help you break out of the pack, and given your Male-Indian-IT profile you need all the help you can get. Adcoms do not view gay/lesbian as a negative.
Unfortunately, your GMAT, age, lack of formal managerial experience, and very common demographic make you a longshot at Kellogg and Chicago, somewhat less so at Stern and Yale, but even for them you will still be reaching. I think your chances at Cornell may be decent.
