GMAT - 620 (36V, 36V) & 680 (47Q, 35V)
Have more than 5 years of experience as of now. Worked 4 years for a major Indian IT company for 2 big Banking clients - 2 years in India & 2 years in US. Currently working for an online brokerage firm in US.
Have shown great commitment at work & have got a quick promotion, handled a team of 15 & many other responsibilities.
Will get strong letters of recommendations - one of them would be from a alumni from a top business school.
Have no community engagement.
MBA - With my current exposure to Banking & Financial domain, I would want to gain more experience & learning by joining Business School - Finance & Consulting.
Short Listed Schools:
1) Booth, Ross, Cornell (far far reach)
2) Tepper, Olin, UNC, (Medium)
3) Iowa, Indiana, Rochestar , UT - Austin (Reach?)
I want to apply for 7 schools. Can you help me decide where I would be competetive? or add any, where I would have a better chance?

Given your GMAT score and very common applicant profile, you are overshooting by a considerable degree in targeting Booth, Ross, and Cornell. Tepper, UNC, Texas, and Rochester would be semi-reach schools for you. Iowa and Indiana are more doable but hardly safeties. Consider schools like Illinois, Maryland, and Vanderbilt.
