I am interested in applying to Columbia, NYU, USC, UCLA and Michigan. I understand my quant score is rather low for these schools, but I did do a lot of heavy quant courses during college and received Bs and above. Currently my job duties require me to do a lot of investment return analysis and calculations. I'm not sure if my resume and transcipt are sufficient enough to negate my quant score. Are these schools out of reach for me?
Also, my interest is in international investment in third world countries. Should I place a lot of focus on my Peace Corps work in my application?
Please advise.
Thank you in advance.
