Not exactly.It gave me a clear idea of where I stand and what I should be doing next. I am planning to schedule a GMAT appointment somewhere close to the end of August, 3 months from now. Is this fine or is it a little too late? I have considered this taking into account my work schedule.Can I apply to the first round on time?

It depends on how many schools you apply to and when their deadlines are. There are round 1 deadlines (usually) throughout the month of October, but starting early in the month. If you take the GMAT towards the end of August, you may have trouble making all the round 1 deadlines at your target schools. However, round 2 is a viable option and if you need until late August to maximize your GMAT, so be it.
