Your GMAT, essays, and reccs will be key factors you must make sure you knock out the park given your low GPA. Additional coursework will also help but your GMAT will do the most to address your low GPA. In your essays make sure your are really connecting your passion for making change to your future career goals. Currently you are out of range for your target school so wait until you take the GMAT to re-evaluate
