Do I have what it takes to get accepted into a Masters in Accountancy program from:
1) Baruch
2) Rutgers
3) Iona
4) Fordham
5) Pace
GMAT: 610
1) Undergraduate GPA: 2.3 non-competitive school
-low GPA mostly due to a close family issue that occurred during my frosh/soph year
2) Post College Education GPA 3.5 Certificate in Financial Analysis Program (from a prestigious university)
Age 24
Two years working in financial services at a major bank (non-accounting position) (department closed/layed-off)
Have been doing various contract/temp positions for the past year and have decided to go back to school full-time
Need advice!

Thanks for the detailed post, I would first ask why the accounting focus if you did non accounting work at your bank? I would want to ensure that is clear and passionate in your application.
Your target list of schools are realistic, though your GPA/GMAT won't help you that much. What was your GPA Junior/Senior year? you said a family issue occurred for the first two years.
Also with just 3 years of experience, 2 years of good exp, 1 of so so, I would wonder what types of leadership/teamwork etc experience you have. The key here would be to package yourself accordingly to get around your experience and scores.
