Hi, I'm was wondering if someone could review my profile and let me know my chances of getting into the following school groups. Thanks a ton!
Group 1: Harvard/Stanford/Wharton
Group 2: Remaining top 7 Schools: Booth, Sloan, Kellogg, Stern
Group 3: Schools that would normally Rank 8-15.
Group 4: Top International Schools: LSB, INSEAD, IE
Hopefully I'm not being overly burdensome with my specifics! I'm throwing a lot out there with the idea that someone can suggest which information is the wheat and which is the chaff.
Some realities I know are I may be getting a little over the hill for Harvard/Stanford from what I hear, and that my work history may not be "sexy" enough to get into the top schools. Please let me know.

Mixed Race (Hispanic/White) - US Born Citizen

GMAT: 760 (Q49,V45, AWA:6)
Education
CFA Chartholder (for what its worth)
Undergrad at University of Illlinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC)
Graduation 2002
Major: Finance
GPA: 3.8 Major GPA: 4.0
First person in family to finish college.
Paid for via working/scholarships.
Took Master's courses in Finance, as well as diverse topics such as Military History and Dance.
Work Experience
Current: Senior Financial Analyst for True Value Company (Retail) - 3 years
A mix of treasury/ budget modeling/ light hedging/ monthly reporting.
Changes I've driven: Method to track and monitor leases, conducted analysis to build up or diesel hedging program, built up complex loan monitoring methodology.
Previous: Senior Treasury Analyst for Donlen Corporation (medium fleet leasing company) - 4 years.
same stuff as above. a mix of treasury and analysis projects. Also redesigned our ABS loan portfolio, and taught my position to coworker and monitored her work when I was promoted.
If you need more detail, please let me know.
Extra-curricular
Founded and was President of Korean's Children Charity in during college.
Martial arts (Jeet Kune Do, Braz. Jiu-Jitsu, and others)
Developed detailed philosophy, built webpage, actively promoted it for a while.
Learned a few instruments and wrote several songs, recorded 2 CD of music to sell
Scuba Diving
Underground Adventure Racing
Fixed up Parents Financial Mess/Now Handle their Investments/Finances (hah, but maybe this is too common right?)
Tutored mother and wife through college.
Post MBA Goals
Get job in PE or IB. Preferably with some international bent down the road.
Also, if you don't mind letting me know which part of my applications may be too crazy/unproductive to mention (I'm thinking of my extra-curriculars). I don't know what's considered too absurd or worthless to throw into these applications.

Looking at the 2012 class profile at Columbia the students scored in the range of 680-760 in their GMAT. Similarly at Wharton’s MBA class of 2012 the students scored in the range of 650-770 in their GMAT and the median GMAT score being 720. So congrats on your gmat score.
However GMAT alone won’t determine your chances of admission; beyond the academics will also help you in determining your candidature and your work experience plays a vital role as well.
Beyond academics plays an equally important role so make sure you showcase it well. Generally most of the applicants have a good 4-5 years of work experience. Although it is not just the work experience that counts but also what you did there like-what were your achievements, what initiative you took, what changes you drove in your workplace etc. So to leverage this if you can show that in 7 years you have demonstrated the skills business schools are looking for you could put in a strong set of essays. Hence the quality of your work, your academics and beyond academics will play an important role in determining your candidature.
Start thinking what makes you unique and what’s that ‘hook’ that will be key to your application.

Good stuff man! You have a VERY interesting profile, and your rocking GMAT score to boot.
Actually as you wrote, the thing that seems to be the least interesting is your work experience which seems a bit "unsexy", buuuut I do get a feeling that its because you are maybe focusing on the more "technical" aspects of your work. And you can certainly make it a whole lot sexier. I do feel you should have the stories we need, it's just a question of digging them up and sculpting them out.
As for your chances
Group 1 - The chances can be a bit long here cause everyone hwo applies is excellent (but you SHOULD apply for SURE). Your chances would be better at Wharton than the other two
Group two - Here you are in your groove. You certainly stand a fighting chance at these schools
Group three - here your chances are good, and you can even hope for scholarships
Group Euro (this is starting to sound like soccer
) - The highest ranking Euro schools are similar to group 2.
Also, given your Hispanic background and your leadership in volunteering I would have a look at the Consortium https://www.cgsm.org/
