italstal81,

Your profile looks good with the exception of the community side. I recommend that you try to find (or start) a community-related organization of some kind that will enable you to take a leadership role, as in coordinating the activities of multiple other people or helping to determine the organization's future. (Obviously, starting such an organization would magnify the leadership payoff.) The more unusual and/or reflective or your specific interests this involvement is, the better. Schools get zillions of Habitat for Humanity etc. members. You then need to achieve some substantial impact in this role between now and your application.

I don't think Stanford is realistic and Chicago, MIT Sloan, and Kellogg would be on the longshot side, though not at all impossible. Haas, NYU, and UCLA would be the most doable IMO.

If you didn't report the first GMAT score to your schools, then you can bring the high quant score to their attention in an optional essay.

Good luck,
