Hello, I would want to get your thought one more time..

These changes have been made since last year.

I knew I wanted to get into the business side of technology but wasn't given a chance in my company so I left the job.. I knew only NYC would be able to give me an oppurtunity to do that.. Sold everything in MN.. moved to NYC.. found a job @ Wall St. where I was given oppurtunity to closely interact with business side. I have been promised that I will move to the business side soon ( month or so)

GMAT: 740 (Q50, V 40)

bewakoof,

Congratulations, your GMAT score significantly improves your chances at the top schools. You are still young, however, and will have to show leadership both in and outside of work to have a decent chance UCLA, Berkeley, and of course Stanford. Your odds at Duke and Ross may be somewhat better but leadership will still be key. If you have a lot to talk about there then your unusual background (Nepal) and strong GMAT may open doors in a number of top programs. If you get dinged at those programs this year you will still be young enough to try again the next year.

Good luck,

Thanks Paul.. I know two of my biggest challenges would be show leadership and join bits and pieces of my life to make a story. Its going to be a uphill battle but hey thats what makes it so interesting!

Help me with a safety school..

bewakoof,

Sure: South Carolina or Thunderbird.
