Not sure what your question is, what schools you're looking for, or what you're hoping to do post-MBA. Care to elaborate?

Well, I'm currently looking at both Virginia Tech and Maryland's part time programs because I'm working. I'm mostly interested in Maryland's MBA in Supply Chain and eventually I would like to move back to Texas (Dallas is a huge IT, telecom, and logistics hub). I'm in the DC area and not sure how good VTech or Maryland's national reputation are even though both are nationally known (mostly for athletics, not academics).

I'm in the DC area and of course Georgetown would be awesome, but is a stretch because of my low GMAT. Should I even apply?

I was also curious as to which full time programs I should be looking at.

Thank you in advance.

As Alchemist said, boost your GMAT. If you can score above 650, you'll have a reasonable shot at the regional schools you listed (and outside of the top 30 schools, it really comes down to GMAT more than anything else, so long as you have full-time work experience and your essays are decent).
